教學目標：“How design got to do with computer” is a highly debatable topic within the design theory. However, as the computer and the network becomes part of our daily life, computer or its mechanism, Computation, is not just only a tool but also it provides the possibility of a new way of design thinking. By examining and reviewing a set of computational theories and their relation to design, we envision a new wave of design for the new era. Within the field of digital theory of design, this course provides a general introduction of computational design theory: including computability of design, models of design and lectures from different background researchers.
