Course Introduction

The course aims to assist students in understanding the format of business letters and acquiring essential skills for writing business letters. Besides, students will have the opportunity to learn more practical skills and avoid common mistakes when it comes to business correspondence. This class will be conducted bilingually, both in English and Chinese. With various classroom activities and authentic materials, students can build reading and writing skills in an effective way. 
After this course, students should be able to possess a wild range of vocabulary and knowledge of common business correspondence, improve their comprehension in the reading section of the TOEIC exam. Most of all, they should be able to sharpen their writing skills.
